Abigale Le Miller bio
Abigale Lee Miller(born September 21, 1965) is an American choreographer, dance instructor and a reality television star. She is the founder of the Abby Lee Dance Company, which appeared on the reality television series Dance Moms for eight seasons. Miller confessed on June 27th, 2016, to felony bankruptcy fraud. Miller was sentenced on the 27th of June in 2016 to one year, one day , in federal prison. Miller was released on in March 27th 28th, 2018. In April 2018, she was diagnosed with lymphoma which is a kind of cancer that renders it impossible for her to walk. She now uses a wheelchair to move around. Miller was a dancer in her early years in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, an Pittsburgh suburb. She was studying under the tutelage of her mother at the Maryen Lorrain Dance Studio. Miller was 14 when she was given the choreography and instruction of one of her mother's dance teams. Miller eventually took over the company, changing its name to Reign Dance Productions. Miller became certified by Dance Masters of America and was admitted as a member of Dance Masters of Pennsylvania Chapter #10 in 1986, however, her membership was revoked in February 2012 after which the DMA declaring that Miller's reality show Dance Moms was "a total misrepresentation of our dance instructors and their students and is damaging to the dance industry."
