Abby Elliott

Abby Elliott (born June 16 1987) is an American comedian and actress. She was a member of Saturday Night Live from 2008 to 2012 and has since starred on the Bravo comedy Odd Mom Out and the NBC sitcom Indebted. She is the daughter of actor/comedian Chris Elliott. Elliott was the elder of two children . She was born in New York City. She is the daughter Paula Niedert, a talent coordinator and Chris Elliott, an actor/comedian. Her grandfather was Bob Elliott (radio comedian). Their younger sister and actress Bridey Elliott was also raised in Wilton. She attended Immaculate High School Danbury, Connecticut where she was an actor in school plays and musicals. After graduating from Immaculate High School in 2005 she went to Marymount Manhattan College in New York City however she dropped out during the first year of her studies. Elliott also dated Fred Armisen in 2010. Their relationship ended in September of the year 2011. Elliott was married to Bill Kennedy, a TV writer on September 3rd, 2016. Edith Pepper Kennedy is their daughter. Elliott went to comedy classes at The Groundlings and eventually began training and performing in different sketch comedy shows at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in Los Angeles.
